Stadium mounting kit

The BeamRider laser marking system also provides a solution for the stadium environment through the installation and use of our stadium mounting kit. This provides the user with sites for the laser and reflector points via the use of installed sockets inserted around the pitches perimeter. The stadium mounting solution gives you the ability to set the system up for line marking operations within seconds and will provide you with the mirrored over marking results required, time after time.

With a stadium mounting solution installed the initial and over-marking procedures are set to be completely overhauled with this new, exciting and ultra efficient procedure. Even when pitch renovations are carried out year after year the setting up the original pitch dimensions once again will become a real breeze as the need for 3,4,5 right angles and string line is completely eliminated. A perfect rectangle will be produced consistently and easily in a matter of minutes and the whole pitch re-marked in well under one hour.

The time spent carrying out over-marking will be reduced by over 50% (compared to stringing out and then over-marking), and the finished result will be perfect to the eye every time, the stress involved with producing perfectly straight and accurate lines will be completely eliminated as the operator no longer needs to set out the string lines or fully concentrate on producing the line but only on walking forward and turning on/off the spray paint.

The pitch mounting kit is also designed to be non-intrusive and set on the outer edges of the pitch area, safe to play, aesthetically pleasing, it is designed to minimise disruption to the surrounding turf as it allows, grass growth right up to the socket itself, allowing natural drainage to occur around and below it while also not inhibiting root growth. This kit will also allow super fast recovery of the turf after installation.
